Week 1 of 11 training update:
1) Wednesday - 6.5km easy jog
2) Friday - 6.5km easy jog
3) Saturday - 7km easy jog
4) Sunday - 20km easy long run to Hartamas (1:49:44)
Total weekly mileage - 40km. Task completed and objective achieved although I struggled a bit in the long run. But that's expected!
